A Little About Me:
Single [as in was married and am now divorced!] Mum of a 20 year old just finishing her graphic design degree [makes excellent websites check mine out]. She might be available to do yours or update yours between her degree and the job she's just obtained so shout if you need an expert that doesn't charge a fortune. I live with my daughter and our Bichon Frise in a nice house which seems to suck me dry income wise...strange about houses! HR exec who is now concentrating on her own business...finally! I'm artsy and always have been, even made my own jewellery when I was in my teens. Wanted to be a graphic designer but Dad disapproved so I went into business. Ah yes...well I enjoyed HR and still do so I will happily accept any assignments if you want a bit of help.
A Little About My Business
My passion is jewellery...can't get enough of it. In particular I got fed up with never finding contemporary gold jewellery and having searched high and low for really great, very individual silver jewellery for my daughter for about 10 years became somewhat of an expert. When I converted back to white metal 18 months ago I couldn't believe the prices local high street boutiques charge and knew I could do better...hence SophoSilver which means a little bit of sophistication and somewhat of bohemian silver. Lots of wonderful designers I have met on my journey produce exceptional stuff that doesn't make it to the shops but ought to. Why on earth should we all look the same and buy the same stuff...high street stores serve up the same boring stuff cheaply made year in and year out. My jewellery is heavy duty and absolutely stunning. People actually comment on what I wear so it must be striking a cord.

Hi Karen & Welcome to Web Mums! Apologies for not welcoming you sooner - I was a little bit poorly. I have just seen your daughters website and her portfolio is very impressive. I can see that your site (soon to be launched) is looking amazing - I can't wait to see the finished results. I may need some work done on a site so I will definitely come to her first. I love the sound of the jewellery you have to offer. I'm a strictly white metal girl myself - and I am just about to get my wedding ring plated from yellow gold to white so that I'll wear it again. I'm so looking forward to seeing your new range and some pictures of your products. I wish you every success with your upcoming launch!
