i think i have lost 1/2lb this week very temperemental scales! Have just started a diet called Jigsaw that seems to be quite popular in the north of the UK but unheard of here in the south. Anyway it seems to be a lovley mix of Slimming World and Weightwatchers so i am quietly hopeful.
Gonna stop typing now as I am very arthritic today following a strenuous bout of campfire cooking with Brownies last night, some of them seemed to have confused it with a new Ramsay restaurant and were asking if they could have their pineapple kebabs with a sprinkle of sugar so that it would caramelize! Anyway back to hugging frozen peas (don't ask)
Frozen Peas? Is that part of the jigsaw diet? Would hugging a bag of Aunt Bessies frozen mash have the same calorific results or does it need to be veg based?
Sara - well done you for losing all of that weight - that's fantastic! I have got a loooong way to go but the 'regime' has officially started (again!!) today! All I need to do is muster up a bit of enthusiasm to put the DVD - something which isn't appealing in this heat.....
Yes, me too!
I've a long way to go as well, according to the scales 1lb on this week, but putting that down to dodgy scales at the gym!! It put a stone on me one week, so let me off lightly with 1lb this time!!!
Still off to the gym again today, keeping motivated.
Thank you but only done it because ive been making myself go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week.
Must admit now im going back actually putting some effort in im enjoying it again & the choccie biccie ive just eaten wont matter sooo much, going to be good again now.
Hows the new dvd???
