Hi, I thought I would start off my blog with a little information about the company I run here in Malaysia, I have just recently started (March 2008) and unfortunately things go a little slow over here, so not much happens very fast. i can't even believe its been 4 months or is it the fact that its only been 4 months!!!

Here's my business blurb for you to read -

There are many programs out there today that will definately get you to lose weight but that's all they do.
