A Little About Me:

I am a 40 year old mum with two young boys (5 and 3). I have my own design and communication business which I run part-time. I am adventurous and like trying new things, hobbies include singing, outdoor pursuits, camping, cooking, anything artistic and I like to win (though I don't always). I was on the first ever Deal or No Deal - though don't like to talk about it now !!!

A Little About My Business

I have a design and communication business, which focusses on all marketing materials for housing markets. Have developed my own product Count On It, a food freshness label, to encourage people to get the most out of their food and waste less of it. Working hard promoting this to mothers, councils, green organisations etc.

What Do You Aim To Achieve In The Next 12 Months?

I want Count On It to be stocked in a major supermarket and to have several local authorities on board, utilizing Count On It as part of their waste minimisation strategy. I also want to fun getting there!
