I don't just want to have a link pointing to my blog - I want the blog to appear on a separate page with updates etc. Does anybody know how to do this?

Have you heard about www.statcounter.co.uk this is a useful free tool to use to see who is visiting your site and what keywords they used to find you. This will help you improve your meta tags to help with your SEO.
